Seminar on Human Resource development in Shipping at CV Raman

College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar :

CV Raman college of Engineering, part of the CV Raman group of institutions – Department of Marine Engineering and Nautical Studies rganised a seminar on 31st October 2014; Human Resource Development and Leadership Management challenges faced in shipping industry. A world class pioneering Marine studies institute in Eastern India.

Invited on this occasion was Global Marine Infratech Pvt. Ltd. Director Captain Alok Patra as the chief guest and speaker who addressed the audience about improving right skills by correct training and professional development at grass-root level within the state of Odisha to attain international standards. The seminar was attended by all Marine Engineering and Nautical Studies trainee cadet officers.
